Helping Buyers Fall in Love

Professional Home Staging That Helps Properties Sell

Signature Staging Company provides full-service home staging for both vacant and occupied properties, thoughtfully tailored to each home and its target buyer. We combine market insight with intentional design to highlight a home’s best features, improve flow, and create spaces that feel inviting, balanced, and move-in ready.

Our strategic, design-forward approach goes beyond simply placing furniture. We stage with purpose—guiding how buyers experience each room and helping them emotionally connect to the space. The result is stronger visual impact, more compelling listing photos, increased buyer interest, and a smoother, more confident sales process.

Great Questions We have Answers to

It is usually suggested that all homes be staged prior to going on the market. Whether it is a single family home, a condo, a vacant home, or even new construction it is beneficial to ensuring the home sells at top dollar.

Home stagers are responsible for transforming a home into a space that potential buyers can envision themselves living in. They hope to help the property sell quickly and at it’s highest potential sale price; this includes de-cluttering, cleaning, organizing and re-arranging the design to make it more appealing to a buyer.

Most commonly a home is staged before photos of the home are taken to prepare for listing on the MLS. The MLS listing is vital to drawing potential buyers to the property, so it is always beneficial to include the staging process prior to listing photos. We actually offer a pre-listing walk through with our services to address any loose ends before the photographer arrives.

Usually yes, however the rooms which are considered the “Top 3 Staging Areas” and have the most influence on a potential buyer are the living room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom. In an effort to reduce the costs of staging, some sellers will just focus on these areas, as they are a must in the staging process.

Yes, the more hands-on our clients wish to be, the more this can help reduce their costs. Some clients prefer to be involved from start to finish, whether it is physically moving furniture or shopping for items to bring into the home. We always value more face to face time with our clients. Sometimes all you need is some advice, or maybe a checklist, which we are happy to provide at a reduced rate.

The answer here is absolutely not! We understand that your time is important and not all of our “suggestions” will fit your time frame and/or budget. If you can commit to completing most of the checklist, the chances of selling your home quickly and for a higher sale price will increase indefinitely. We want what is best for you and your home. Our focus is to showcase your home’s natural beauty while making the process seamless for you.

We actually offer a follow up walk through. This can be with you, or even with your agent, but we do suggest it prior to listing your home. Whatever last minute questions you have, or final touches that we can make to ensure the best photos of your home, this is when we will finalize these details.

Since owning a home is one of the biggest investments most people have, home staging is probably the best way to maximize your return. Most buyers have trouble visualizing themselves in a space no matter how beautiful the home is. It is best to invest more up front rather than running the risk of having to reduce your list price down the road.

I have met several Real Estate agents that are excellent stagers and know exactly what a potential buyer is looking for. However, since real estate agents are also our clients, we feel that we can take this step of the process off of their plate so that they can focus on marketing your home and preparing it to list.

After meeting with us, and being able to do a complete walk through of your property, we can move forward with our services. We will send you everything you need up front (including prices) along with a detailed timeline of our process. You will not be surprised with any new fees after our services are complete. All of our services are customize-able. If there are any particular adjustments that you would like to make before staging your home, we can make that happen!
